On June 25, 2024, in local Turkish time, the 300-ton-per-day ultra-clear float glass production line at Duzce Cam in Turkey, constructed by China National Building Materials International Engineering Group Co., Ltd. (CBMIEG) as the general contractor, was successfully ignited. This production line not only adopts Chinese standards, technology, and equipment throughout but is also the largest photovoltaic glass production line in Turkey to date.<\/span>\ufeff<\/span><\/span><\/p><\/div> <\/div><\/div> <\/div>

The successful ignition ceremony marks not only the successful landing of CBMIEG\u2019s first photovoltaic float glass project in Turkey, but also a solid step forward in the group\u2019s implementation of China Building Materials Group\u2019s internationalization strategy of \u201crebuilding a China Building Materials overseas\u201d. This move undoubtedly lays a solid foundation for its full-scale entry into the European photovoltaic glass market.<\/span><\/p><\/div> <\/div><\/div> <\/div>

Duzce Cam Glass Company, a well-known glass manufacturer in Turkey, previously had two float glass production lines using European technology and equipment. To further expand its product line and enter the photovoltaic new energy field, the company decided to invest in the construction of this high-level photovoltaic ultra-clear float glass production line. After full communication and discussion, Duzce Cam Glass Company finally chose CBMIEG as its partner, and the two parties signed a project general contracting contract.<\/span><\/p><\/div> <\/div><\/div> <\/div>

At present, the production line is expected to enter the production acceptance period in mid-July.
